    **金融業界におけるリスキリングの意義とは**  
*ー 金融業界におけるリスキリングの意義とはどんなものでしょうか？*中川：Fintechと呼ばれるように、金融業界はここ最近で最もテクノロジーによる進化を遂げた業界の１つです。電子マネーや仮想通貨、ブロックチェーンなど、皆さんはどこまでキャッチアップできているでしょうか？

業界として、大きくビジネスモデルが変化しつつあります。以前は「お金を貸す」というサービスが主力であり、そこから得られる対価が軸でした。周辺サービスは、あくまで付帯的なものだったでしょう。ところが、今や金融機関もそれだけでは十分な対価を得られておらず、今後も加速することが予想されてます。

一方で、サービスが変わっても、本質は「お金を中心としたユーザーの課題解決」にあると私は思います。

法人でいえば、取引先に対して、いかに金融機関としてのポジションを活かした課題解決ができるかということです。法人をとりまく環境は急速に変化しており、規模にかかわらず「新規の収益事業を生み出す」という課題をよく聞きます。

新規事業こそ、デジタルの活用が必須と言っても過言ではありません。経営者から新規事業の相談を受けた際に、その業界におけるデジタル活用や新しいビジネスモデルを共有できるかが、顧客の信頼に決定的な影響を及ぼすでしょう。

また、個人に対しても、ネットバンクやスマフォでの取引は増加しており、顧客からのデジタルに関する質問の増加・高度化が懸念されます。

このように、顧客の信頼はリスキリングによって獲得できます。デジタルスキルについて「知っている」で満足せず、実際に使って身につけ、教えることができるレベルを目指しましょう。
