    **世界でのリスキリング事情とは**  
*ー 世界のリスキリング事例ってどんなものがありますか？*中川：日本でリスキリングという言葉が一般的に広まったのは、2021年だと感じます。一方、世界ではその前からリスキリングが注目されていました。

　前回までの基礎知識を踏まえ、今回は３つの有名な事例から、リスキリングをより具体的にイメージできるようにしていきましょう！

　まずはAmazonです。

　Amazonは、2019年に「アップスキリング2025」というプロジェクトを発表しました。約10万人の従業員に７億ドル（１人あたり約100万円）を支援し、教育機関でのプログラム学習を奨励したといいます。

　これは、倉庫の人材など、技術職以外の従業員を技術職にするというリスキリングです。倉庫の仕事がテクノロジーに奪われていく中、リスキリングを通じて未来ある仕事を提供しています。

 

　世界最大の小売チェーンであるウォルマートも、リスキリング推進企業として有名です。小売業という性質上、さまざまな学歴の従業員が在籍しており、学習意欲の低さが懸念されました。

 

　ウォルマートのリスキリングの特徴は、VRによりゲーム感覚で行えることです。カスタマーサービスなどの従来の業務だけでなく、ネット通販に対応した在庫管理など、小売DXを推進する人材を創出すべくリスキリングを実施しました。

 

　最後は、企業ではなく「国」です。ドイツは行政が主導となり、地域やテーマに応じたリスキリングプログラムを、現在進行形で実施しています。

 

　ドイツは日本と同じ中小企業大国であり、よくその類似性を指摘されます。良いお手本として、今後も動向を注視していきたいものです。
