**    未来はリスキリングで切り開けるとは**  
*ー 未来はリスキリングで切り開けるとはどういうことでしょうか？*中川：リスキリングについて、12回にわたりご紹介しましたが、実際に取り組みたいと感じたでしょうか。実践に際して、ぜひ覚えておいていただきたいのは、「リスキリングは終わりなく継続する必要がある」ということです。

最終回の今回は、リスキリングを継続する秘訣について、私の経験からお伝えしようと思います。

まず1つ目は、「子供がゲームを楽しむ感覚で進める」ことです。新しいスキル習得は、ある程度慣れるまで気が重いものです。どこかしら楽しむ要素を見つけること、「同級生」と楽しむ（一緒にリスキリングする仲間を見つける）ことができれば大変心強いです。

2つ目は、「未来を豊かにする時間の投資と位置づける」ことです。心身ともに元気で、時間もなんとか捻出できるうちに着手しはじめましょう。お金を投資して資産運用をするように、時間を投資してリスキリングをするのです。

3つ目は、「将来を左右する取組みをしていると自信を持つ」ことです。大人になると、普段から触れるものが限定されるため、どうしても生きる世界・社会が狭くなりがちです。

よく言われる話ですが、人生を変える要素は３つしかありません。①住む場所を変える、②付き合う人を変える、③時間配分を変える、です。リスキリングにより、付き合う人が増え、時間配分を見直すことにつながるため、②と③をクリアできます。

初回連載時点と比べ、リスキリングの認知度も格段に向上しました。皆さんが、そして取引先がリスキリングの第一歩を踏み出す手助けとなれば幸いです。
