「SHINKIN 情報玉手箱 令和４年５月号」に寄稿した記事を、こちらにも掲載させていただきます。  
この冊子は、日本の信用金庫の行員に向けて発行されている冊子です。  
2022年４月から2023年３月までの全１２回、弊社代表の中川が「Re-skilling」について寄稿することになりました。  
「日本一わかりやすくリスキリングを独自な見解も交えて解説する」をテーマにしております。

第２回目は、リスキリングって何から始めればいいのかわからない…という方へ、そんなお悩みを解決すべく、  
リスキリング開始時の心構えをお届けします！

【今回のポイント】  
**個人：自身が所有しているスキルの棚卸（可視化・言語化）する**  
**企業：Future skill（会社が将来必要とするスキル）を明確にする  
今後：デジタル領域でのハードスキルがより一層重要になってくる

**    Re-skilling をする上で大切なこと**  
*ー 実際、リスキリングって何から始めればいいのでしょうか？*

中川：そうですよね。実際にリスキリングをしよう！と思っても、

何から着手すべきかわからない方が多いのではないでしょうか。

 

リスキリングの視点には、個人、企業、社会の3つがあって、前回は社会について触れましたので、

今回は個人と企業にフォーカスしてリスキリングの始め方を説明します。

 

まずは企業のリスキリングですが、よくある失敗が、

「デジタル領域の知識をとにかくオンラインや研修で学ばせる」というものです。

 

結果、何が起きるでしょうか？

答えは「何も起きない」です。当然ですよね。

 

皆でどこかに向かうとき、行き先を決めないでスタートすると、

到着する場所はバラバラになります。

 

企業が社員にリスキリングしてもらう際は、

先に「企業全体として何を実現したいのか」など、ビジョンを明確にする必要があります。

そこから逆算してリスキリングを進めましょう。

 

次に個人ですが、自身のスキルを可視化し、言語化することが第一歩です。

これは、会社が求める“Future skill”との差分を明確にするためです。

 

特に、ハードスキル（特定の専門知識や実績、経験）が重要です。

未来の「働きがい」は、ソフトスキル（コミュニケーションやマネジメント力）以上に、

ハードスキルの有無に左右 されます。

 

デジタル領域についてのハードスキルが何もない方は、黄色信号です。

今すぐに、個人としてだけでも、リスキリングに取りかかりましょう。
