**    海外で注目されているリスキリングサービスとは**  
*ー 海外で注目されているリスキリングサービスとはどんなものでしょうか？*中川：リスキリングが、年末の流行語大賞にノミネートされました。トレンドとなった背景には、「官民一体」で取り組む姿勢が挙げられるでしょう。

そこで今回は、海外で注目されている官民一体のリスキリングサービスを2点ご紹介します。営業店で即座に導入できるものではありませんが、こうした情報をキャッチアップし、取引先から「DX」「SDGs」「リスキリング」といった話題が出た際に情報提供してみましょう。

まずは、カナダ発の「SkyHive（スカイハイブ）」です。このサービスではAIによって履歴書や職務経歴書からその人のスキルを言語化します。スキルを生かしたデジタル職種や新たに学ぶべきスキルを提案してくれます。

注目すべきは、SkyHive社とカナダ政府が共同で「スカイパスポート」というプログラムを運営していることです。企業側はAIを使って求人検索・分析ができ、労働者側には必要なスキルをリアルタイムで提案してくれるのです。

企業が自社の業務を棚卸（分解）しておくことが、ますます重要になります。

次に、イギリス発の「Multiverse（マルチバース）」です。創業者は元英国首相ブレア氏の息子で、イギリスエドテック初のユニコーン企業（企業価値１千億円以上）として話題になっています。

サービス内容は、見習いとして働きたい若者とIT企業をマッチングする、インターンのプラットフォームです。日本でいう見習い制度のことですね。

特筆すべきは、利用者の50%以上が有色人種や女性である点です。社会的弱者の支援という意味で、SDGsなど多角的な視点での利用が期待されます。
