「SHINKIN 情報玉手箱 令和4年4月号」に寄稿した記事をこちらにも掲載させていただきます。この冊子は、日本の信用金庫の行員に向けて発行されている冊子です。2022年４月から2023年３月までの全１２回、弊社代表の中川が「Re-skilling」について寄稿することになりました。「日本一わかりやすくリスキリングを独自な見解も交えて解説する」をテーマにしております。今回は、記念すべき第一回、「Re-skilling（リスキリング）って何ですか」をご紹介いたします！

**１：リスキリングとは、デジタル業務へ順応するスキルを身につけること**  
**２：「技術的失業」…20年後に今の仕事の47％がなくなる可能性も  
３：技術的失業****が増大しているので、誰もがリスキリングする必要がある**

**    Re-skillingの****意味と必要性**

*ー* ***最近よく聞く Re-skilling (リスキリング) って一体なんですか？***

中川：この言葉を初めて聞くという方も多いと思いますが、まず英語で「Re-skilling」と書きます。  
これを見ると、新たなスキルを身につける、とイメージしていただきやすいでしょうか。

もう少し具体的に言うと、デジタル業務に順応・転換するスキルを身につけることを意味します。  
その結果、個人が業務で生み出す価値が根本的に変わります。  
では、なぜ今リスキリングが必要なのでしょうか。

突然ですが、皆さんが今担当されているお仕事は、いつまでこの世の中で必要とされると思いますか？  
とある文献では、世の中にある仕事のうち４７％が２０年後には無くなる とも言われています。  
では、その仕事を担うのはいったい誰なのでしょうか？それは、技術（テクノロジー）です。  
今までも、ロボットやAIなど多くの最新技術が人の手によって動いていましたが、完全に代替されてしまうのです。

その結果、当該の職を失うことを「技術的失業」と言います。  
技術的失業 (者) は、上記の理由から考えると、これからますます増大していきます。  
私も、今このブログを読んでいる皆様も、もはや他人事ではありません。  
だからこそ、今からリスキリングする必要があるのです。

では実際に、何からどうリスキリングを進めていけばよいのか、一般的な学習や社会人研修との違いなども含め、  
次回から具体的にお伝えしていきます。お楽しみに！
