**    組織内の労働移動で離職を防止するとは**  
*ー 組織内の労働移動で離職を防止するとはどんなものでしょうか？*中川：10月12日に日本経済新聞社、日経が主催で開催された日本最大級のリスキリングカンファレンスでは、岸田首相がオープニングとエンディングに出演したことが話題となっています。

日本の首相が民間のカンファレンスに登壇することは本当に珍しいことですし、それだけリスキリングの緊急性✕重要性が高いとも言えます。開催前の「5年で1兆円のリスキリング支援」という所信表明の本気度もうかがえます。

ちなみに、日本初（当社調べ）のリスキリングカンファレンスは、当社が今年１月に開催した「リスキリングJAPANカンファレンス2022」です。ご興味があれば検索してみてください！

日本はこれから、成長産業に集中的に人と金を投函していく必要があります。労働人口の減少からITやテクノロジーの活用が大前提ですが、今の日本では、海外人材の受入、国内人材のリスキリングという選択肢しかありません。

そうなると、①個人では衰退産業から成長産業へ労働移動する、②組織では組織内で労働移動し、成長産業へと転換（昇華）する必要があるわけです。

離職防止には、組織内の労働移動のメリットを活用しましょう。野球に例えると、先発が学びなおし、中継ぎは実践経験、リリーフが新しい業務への定着です。完投はそうそうできません。

そのため、「リスキリング＝学びなおし」では不十分です。学びなおしは重要ですが、あくまでスタートであり、実践を経験し新しい業務に定着して初めてリスキリングなのです。そして、組織内の労働移動は、この実践・定着が行いやすい点を活かせる特効薬と言えます。
