**    成功事例の落とし穴を解決する「アンラーニング」とは**  
*ー 成功事例の落とし穴を解決する「アンラーニング」とはどんなものでしょうか？*中川：2023年、皆さんはどのような1年にしたいですか。今回は、皆さんのリスキリングの参考になるよう、私のリスキリングストーリーをお話します。

私は大学卒業後、商社、金融コンサルティングベンチャー会社を経て30歳で起業しました。しかし、3年目・2社目のIT企業でうまくいかず、起業支援会社に就職しました。そこでは、四苦八苦しながらも、起業での成功・失敗経験を生かし、インキュベーションオフィス事業の立ち上げを3年で黒字化できました。

再び起業に挑戦した際は、上場企業に売却するところまで成功を収めることができました。その際に感じたのは、起業や新規事業はリスキリング機会の連続だということです。しかし、同時に更なる落とし穴にも気づきました。

現在、成功で得た資金で新たな事業を立ち上げていますが、過去の成功事例に引っ張られてしまうのです。実績や成功事例は大切な「糧」であると同時に、大きな「足かせ」にもなってしまいます。

そこで重要なのが、本当に必要な知識やスキルを取捨選択し学習する「アンラーニング」です。人間の脳は容量が決まっており、一度頭を空っぽにしないと、新しい知識も入る余地がありません。

私自身がリスキリング事業を行い、自身をリスキリングすることで、アンラーニングのコツが掴めてきました。それは、ズバリ「素直」と「謙虚」です。

これからの時代を生き抜くためには、自身より若くとも目標のスキルを有する人に、謙虚に教えを乞い素直に実行する姿勢が重要です。実績や成功事例に固執せず、素直さと謙虚さを持ってアンラーニングに取り組みましょう。
