この番組は、企業のDXに関する理解を深め、デジタル人材の育成を支援する目的で放送しております。セクシーパイロットのおふたりと、シェアエックス株式会社の代表 中川をパーソナリティとし、デジタルトランスフォーメーションや、リスキリングに精通したゲストをお呼びして、事例にご支援内容などについてお話いただきます。今回、初回は弊社シェアエックス株式会社 代表の中川がDXパイロットと番組を開始する背景や主旨をお話させていただきました。

    番組の内容について

東京が拠点のシェアエックスが今回なぜ徳島でラジオ番組を行うことになったのか。それの経緯やセクシーパイロットとの出会いから会話が始まり、「DX」についての話題に触れております。「DXとは何か？」という概念の部分から説明し、デジタルデータを活用して企業変革を行うことの重要性を話ししております。特に、コロナ禍でDXの必要性が加速したことや、クラウド活用によるデータ管理の利点や、企業でのDX導入について段階的なアプローチが必要であることなどを解説し、5年程度の長期計画を立てて徐々に導入することや、特に社員の抵抗感を考慮した慎重な実装の必要性についてお話ししております。その他にも「リスキリング」についても解説をしており、「新しい時代に必要なスキルを身につけ直すこと」をリスキリングの定義とし、その中でChatGPTを初めとする生成AIの話題にも触れております。

セクシーパイロット  
番組内では「DXパイロット」としてご出演。フリーアナウンサーの和渕倫代と上田亜紀で結成されたユニット。徳島を盛り上げるためアナウンス業だけじでなく必要とあらばベリーダンスや阿波踊りで各地のイベントで会場を盛り上げます。2024年には人気音楽ユニットゆりりさんに楽曲takeoffを提供していただき披露し、活動中。

- 徳島輸入車ショウ公開生放送メインパーソナリティ

DXラジオ でメインパーソナリティを務めるなど徐々に活動の場を広げ旋回中。

和渕 倫代（わぶち みちよ）   
結婚式場の司会、式典司会なども行っています。過去には、有名スポーツ選手のトークショーMCや映画試写会のMCなど各種イベントMC。テレビ番組では体当たりリポートもしてきました。趣味は、阿波踊りの達粋連で法被踊りしています。

上田 亜紀（うえだ あき）   
岩手県出身(大リーガー大谷選手と同郷、同じ学校出身です） 　　　　  
ラジオパーソナリティ、イベントMC、ディレクター、中継リポーター、営業・企画、各種MC等マルチプレイヤーとして活動。TVの情報番組を10年以上担当した経験をフルに生かし、日々奔走しています。趣味はベリーダンス(講師もしています)・津軽三味線(ほんの少し)。
